Zend\I18n 提供了完整的翻译套件，支持所有主要格式，包括复数翻译和文本域等流行功能。翻译组件基本无依赖，除了回退到默认区域设置，它依赖于 Intl PHP 扩展。
翻译器本身在没有任何参数的情况下初始化，因为对它的任何配置都是可选的。没有翻译的翻译器实际上不会做任何事情，只是返回给定的消息ID。
