bcmath 函数的 polyfill，bccomp。

为什么？

我维护了一个仅使用 bccomp 的库，而不使用 bcmath 的其余部分。我想能够在未编译 bcmath 支持的机器上工作，因此我编写了这个 polyfill。

安装

composer require yuloh/bccomp-polyfill

使用

如果全局命名空间中不存在 bccomp 函数，则此库将声明自己的 bccomp 函数。
