功能
我们有一个私有函数 _asu_user_get_elastic_profile_record()，它（从 asu_userpicker 模块复制）根据 asurite_id 返回 asurite 用户的记录。
如果具有“员工”关联关系的用户使用 CAS SSO 登录，它将在 Drupal 中获得员工角色。
