功能
此简单Bundle提供两个Inserttags，用于查询packagist-json-API。目前实现了以下两个查询：
1. 获取 'downloads'
{{packagist::pdir/maklermodul::downloads}}
2. 获取 'likes'
{{packagist::pdir/maklermodul::likes}}
返回值
这些标签返回一个带有本地化格式的数字。
