此软件包提供对已弃用的cli_dispatch.phpsh脚本的入口点。
如果安装了单个typo3/cms-*软件包而不是typo3/cms，则该脚本将缺失。类似于helhum/typo3-composer-setup，此入口点在运行时动态生成，而不使用符号链接。
