从项目借用 - https://github.com/php-telegram-bot/core

  1. 可以通过前往TG机器人 BotFather 并运行命令: /newbot 来注册机器人
  2. 注册机器人后，将生成 [token]
  3. 需要在带有SSL证书的web服务器上部署机器人应用程序
  4. 通过链接注册机器人应用程序的webhook，链接为： https://api.telegram.org/bot[token]/setWebhook?url=[handler-url] 其中，[token] - 分配给机器人的token [handler-url] - webhook应用程序的路径（格式为： https://site.com/path/to/handler.php）
