关于
为 LFEditor 添加导入/导出功能（csv）。
用法
与 lfeditor 类似，有两种模式可供选择。
扩展模式
主要用于开发者，此模式更新扩展目录中的 xlf 文件。
覆盖模式
与 lfedtitor 扩展相同，此模式覆盖扩展文件并在 typo3confLFEditorOverrideFiles 中保存语言文件。
